We are taking the first step of the recruitment process by conducting interviews with candidates who are aware of our company's vision and mission and whom we believe can contribute to and add value to our organization. When hiring, we ask candidates questions aligned with the priorities of our company, to foresee in which departments they will work. After a positive evaluation, we proceed with their employment. Once hired, we aim to provide them with the necessary orientation process, with the goal of fostering long-term career development within our company.
