Quality and Food Safety Policy

As Ceremony Gıda, we are committed to managing all supply chain processes of our soft candy, gum and dragee production business in line with food safety, quality, sustainability, legal compliance and ethical trade principles.

 The purpose of this policy is not only to ensure the supply of quality and safe products, but also to control supply risks, ensure business continuity in times of crisis and systematically meet customer expectations.

 Our company adopts and is committed to implementing the following principles in supply chain management 

 All raw materials, auxiliaries and packaging materials are sourced from suppliers that comply with GFSI-recognized standards such as ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS or IFS,

Verification of all incoming products with documents (COA, MSDS, Halal, Non-GMO, Migration test report, etc.) and quality control analysis,

Maintaining the principles of lot-based traceability, product safety, label compliance and product integrity throughout the chain,

Execution of all procurement processes in compliance with Turkish Food Codex, EU Food Regulation, FDA, TAREKS and other country requirements,

Following up country-specific health, plant quarantine and permit documents for imported products in full,

Pre-approving all suppliers, subjecting them to performance evaluation at regular intervals and auditing document currency,

Implementing a corrective action process for suppliers with inadequate performance, suspending or terminating the business relationship if necessary,

Alternative supply plan for high-yield raw materials (Plan B)
Providing written measures from our suppliers on child labor, respect for human rights, distribution of forced labor, distribution mitigation and compliance with ethical trade rules,

Conducting social security audits such as SEDEX/SMETA or requesting relevant documents when necessary,

Maintaining the sustainability of the system prior to operation with environmentally friendly circularity,

Preference for packaging solutions that reduce the consumption of natural resources and recyclable packaging,

Seeking sustainability certifications (e.g. RSPO) on critical raw materials (e.g. gum base, palm oil),

Contingency plans against crisis situations that may occur in the supply chain (logistics crises, import bans, supplier shutdowns, etc.),
Supplier diversification, stock life and alternative part part segmentation,

The scope of the daily annual training plan in all areas of responsibility in the supply chain has access to up-to-date information,
the evaluation of performance, such as production, quality complaint rate and performance, and setting targets for sustainability on a continuous basis.

This policy covers the product and service processes provided by all activities in Turkey and abroad, as well as the scope of duties of procurement, quality assurance, warehouse, production planning and logistics units.

It is reviewed and updated at least once a year or in the event of changes in legislation, major changes in the supply chain or new customer requirements.

The policy is shared in writing with all internal stakeholders, communicated to partner suppliers through contracts and quality protocols, and made available on the company intranet.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Ceremony Food San. Ve Tic. A.Ş., we direct our work with the aim of minimizing the environmental impacts that may arise from all our activities and contributing to the protection of the environment by complying with legal obligations. 

Based on this vision, we renew ourselves and adopt the following principles;

 

  •  To follow the current state of all legislation by complying with all national and international legal regulations and conditions related to the environment,
  • While establishing the environmental management system, we are aware that the resources in the world are not infinite and we aim to leave a better environment for the future by informing our customers, suppliers, stakeholders and employees about this issue.
  •  To ensure that all our employees are sensitive to the environment by organizing Environmental Trainings to increase the environmental awareness of our employees in the society,
  •  To ensure that less waste is produced by preventing the waste of natural resources by considering energy saving during our activities or during the selection of technology in our new investments.
  • To ensure continuous improvement of the occupational safety, health and environmental management system by reducing hazards and risks.
  • To consider environmental sustainability goals when establishing or renovating a new facility.
  • To ensure that the wastes generated despite the waste minimization we try to provide during our activities are recycled. The wastes that cannot be recycled are disposed of in licensed disposal facilities in a way that will not harm the environment.

  • Investing in the sustainability and efficiency of energy resources and, where feasible, seeking to reduce the weight of energy resources through renewable energy sources,

  •  Minimizing the use of natural resources, observing and protecting biodiversity as a result of our continuous improvement efforts,

  • To continuously improve our environmental performance and to consider environmental impacts in our new investments,

  •  Together with all our employees, we commit that we will continue our work and investments to fulfill the requirements of this policy and our environmental responsibilities.

INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

Our company operates in the production, packaging, storage, and shipment of flavored sugar-free sweetener strip gum, flavored sugary bubble strip gum, and soft candies.

  • Protecting our corporate reputation against negative impacts based on information security,

  • Maintaining the accessibility, confidentiality, and integrity of information within the framework of relevant laws and regulations,

  • Assessing and managing risks related to Information Security,

  • Complying with all applicable legal regulations,

  • Providing training to enhance the competencies of our employees in order to increase their awareness of Information Security,

  • To reduce the impact of information security threats on business/service continuity and to ensure business continuity and sustainability,
  •  To continuously improve safety requirements,
  • To ensure the continuity of the resources needed,
  • To create the necessary infrastructure and technology to ensure that all our stakeholders have access to fast, accurate, reliable and uninterrupted information,
  • To reduce carbon emissions and the impact on climate change by increasing the awareness and consciousness of our employees and society on the efficient use of energy and natural resources in all our processes,

ENERGY POLICY

As Ceremony Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş., we are committed to protecting the sustainability of global resources in our food production activities, making energy efficiency a fundamental part of our corporate culture, and leaving a more livable environment for future generations. In line with our energy strategy, shaped within the framework of the ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management System standards, we accept the continuous improvement of our energy performance—without compromising food safety and quality—as a legal and corporate responsibility.

To this end, we guarantee to fully allocate all necessary information, human resources, technological infrastructure, and financial resources to achieve our energy performance objectives. It is our fundamental determination to operate with a precision that exceeds legal requirements by ensuring full compliance with all applicable national and international legal regulations, standards, and the requirements of the organizations to which we are a member regarding energy use, consumption, and efficiency.

In all our processes involving the procurement of products, equipment, raw materials, and services that directly or indirectly affect our energy performance, we support the selection of energy-efficient, eco-friendly alternatives and integrate these criteria into our purchasing policies. We prioritize modern design and advanced engineering activities that improve energy performance in new investments, line modifications, auxiliary facility renovations, or product process changes to be implemented in our facilities.

We aim to increase the awareness of our employees—primarily—as well as our subcontractors, suppliers, and all stakeholders regarding energy efficiency and the reduction of our carbon footprint, and we encourage their active participation in green transformation processes. This policy has been announced to personnel at all levels within Ceremony Gıda and is accessible to the public and all relevant stakeholders. Our top management commits to the implementation and monitoring of this policy, as well as maintaining its currency through periodic reviews.

Veri Sorumlusunun Kimliği

   CEREMONY GIDA VE SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ve CEREMONY DIŞ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, KVKK uyarınca veri sorumlusu sıfatına sahiptir. Ceremony olarak Veri Sorumlusu sıfatıyla, kişisel verilerinizin güvenliği hususuna azami özen göstermektedir. Bu sebeple, aşağıda belirtilen amaçlar özelinde, veri sahibine ait her türlü kişisel verinin, hukuk ve dürüstlük kurallarına uygun olacak şekilde işlenmesine, kaydedilmesine, saklanmasına, yok edilmesine ve mevzuat tarafından izin verilen sınırlar çerçevesinde işlendikleri amaç ile sınırlı olarak 3. kişilere aktarılmasına/açıklanmasına şirket politikası olarak azami ölçüde dikkat etmektedir.

 Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amacı

   Ceremony içerisindeki giriş kapıları, bina dış cephesi, yemekhane, güvenlik kulübesi ve hizmet alanında bulunan ortak kullanım alanlarında toplam güvenlik kameraları vasıtasıyla ve bina güvenliğinin sağlanması amacıyla görüntü kaydı yapılmakta ve kayıt işlemi Güvenlik birimi tarafından denetlenmektedir.

  Ziyaretçi giriş-çıkışlarının kontrol edilmesi ve bina güvenliğinin sağlanması amacıyla kişisel verileriniz güvenlik birimi tarafından kaydedilmektedir.

  Ceremony'in ticari ve/veya firma politikasının planlanması ve icrası; Ceremony tarafından yürütülen ticari faaliyetlerin gerçekleştirilmesi için ilgili iş birimlerimiz tarafından gerekli çalışmaların yapılması ve buna bağlı iş süreçlerinin yürütülmesi amacıyla müşteri ve tedarikçilerin ticari ve kişisel verileri tutulmaktadır.

  Ceremony'in insan kaynakları politikaları ve süreçlerinin yürütülmesi ve icra edilmesi amaçlarıyla çalışanların özlük dosyalarında kişisel verileri tutulmaktadır. Ayrıca mevzuattan kaynaklı olarak özgeçmiş bilgileri muhafaza edilmektedir.

   Kişisel veriler KVKK'da öngörülen temel ilkelere uygun olarak elde edilir, kaydedilir, işlenme amacıyla uygun süre zarfında fiziksel veya elektronik ortamda güvenli bir şekilde depolanır, muhafaza edilir, değiştirilir, yeniden düzenlenir, mevzuata uygun biçimde açıklanır ve aktarılır, devralınır, sınıflandırılır, işlenir ya da verilerin kullanılması engellenir.

 İşlenen Kişisel Verilerin Aktarılabileceği Kişiler ve Aktarma Amacı

    Ceremony, yukarıda açıklanan amaçlar kapsamında işlenen kişisel verilerinizi mevzuat hükümlerine uygun olarak çalışanlarına, görevlilerine, denetçi ve danışmanlarına, bağımsız denetim şirketlerine, tarafınıza verilecek olan hizmetlerin veya faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi için hizmet alınan veya birlikte çalışılan iş ortaklarına ve hizmet sağlayıcılarına, kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına; Ceremony'in bizzat veya alt yükleniciler eliyle sağladığı ürün veya hizmetlerin verilmesi, ürün veya hizmetlerin güvenilir ve kesintisiz bir şekilde temin edilmesi, müşteri memnuniyetinin en üst seviyeye çıkarılması, ödemelerin yapılması, mezkûr hizmetlere ilişkin çeşitli işlemlerin yerine getirilmesi, operasyonların yürütülmesi ve geliştirilmesi amaçlarıyla veri aktarımı yapılabilir. 

   Bunların dışında Ceremony, ilgili mevzuat uyarınca rapor etmesi gereken bilgiler ile kamu kurumları tarafından istenilen bilgileri, Ceremony'in bilgilendirme yükümlülüklerine uymak amacıyla ve kanun kapsamında raporlar. Bu madde kapsamında aktarılan verileriniz, aktarımın gerçekleştiği üçüncü kişiler tarafından kişisel verilerin korunması mevzuatına uygun olarak elde edilebilir, kaydedilebilir, depolanabilir, muhafaza edilebilir, değiştirilebilir, yeniden düzenlenebilir, açıklanabilir, aktarılabilir, devralınabilir, sınıflandırılabilir, işlenebilir ya da verilerin kullanımı engellenebilir.

 Kişisel Veri Toplamanın Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi

    Kamera verileri, ziyaretçi girişleri ve çalışanların özlük dosyası kapsamında kaydedilen kişisel veriler, Kanunun 5. maddesinde yer alan “veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması” ve “ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması” hukuki sebebine dayanarak otomatik yolla işlenmektedir.

   Bu süreçte toplanan kişisel verileriniz, KVKK'nın 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları kapsamında, bu metnin (1) ve (2) numaralı maddelerinde belirtilen amaçlarla da işlenebilmekte ve aktarılabilmektedir.

KVKK'nın 11. Maddesinde Belirtilen Haklarınız

    Veri sahibi olarak sizler, haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi, işbu Aydınlatma Metni’nde aşağıda düzenlenen yöntemlerle Ceremony’e iletmeniz durumunda şirket talebin niteliğine göre talebi en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 (otuz) gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandıracaktır. Ancak, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulunca bir ücret öngörülmesi halinde, söz konusu Kurul tarafından belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınacaktır. KVKK’nın 11. Maddesi uyarınca sahip olduğunuz haklar aşağıdaki gibidir;

  • kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
  • kişisel verileriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
  • kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
  • yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
  • kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
  • kişisel verilerinizin KVKK’nın ilgili maddesine göre silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
  • (e) ve (f) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin, kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
  • işlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
  • kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğranması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

KVKK’nın 13. maddesinin 1. fıkrası gereğince, yukarıda belirtilen haklarınızı kullanmak ile ilgili talebinizi, yazılı veya Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’nun belirlediği diğer yöntemlerle Şirketimize iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuzu, KVKK gereğince, yazılı olarak Ceremony’e iletmeniz gerekmektedir.
